Hi. I’m here newbie and tryin to set up simple automation: Client clicks on get messages and i can broadcast to them promos. Problem is they not added to Promo section -_-. Where i making here error?
P.s , facebook page is located in EU. Maybe it’s impossible to add EU members?

There's no documented limitation to any region for using Messenger Lists: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281158573852-Messenger-Lists-in-Manychat
Have you tried to create a new list and test if the new one works?
Anyway, if a new list also doesn't work, I'd suggest opening a ticket to the support team: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help
