Anyone can help me how can I sent an auto messagem when an agent of ive chat take the chat to start?
when an agent assume the chat auto reply:
Hi ou are chatting with XXXX
and now starts the rest of conversation.

Hey,
You have two options to achieve that.
Option 1: The user starts the conversation through an automation and at some point you assign the conversation to a live chat agent.
Option 2: The user starts the conversation without an automation.
On the live chat, you can add a canned response with “Hi! You are chatting with Rodrigo.” and sent it manually.
