AI block fails when users sends 2 messages

Hi All,

In my automations I use AI blocks a lot to gather information from potential leads. However i see myself falling back to general questions way more lately. Therefore people getting stuck in my flows and missing potential value.

I have a few issues and wonder if you also encounter these:

  1. AI Bot not asking all questions when there are more than 3 questions
  2. The AI stops randomly with asking questions on a user reply within a few hours
  3. The AI stops if a person replied twice to one of the questions

Wondering if you recognize this? And how you are handling this.

      That seems to be a prompt issue. You need to be very specific about what you want to achieve while using Manychat AI step on your automation.

      Tell it that it’s mandatory to gather all the information you requested.
