I’m encountering an issue with the AI setup not functioning as expected. I’m using it to identify keywords or categories in Instagram DMs, enabling automation to send a tracked URL to the product or category landing page. This helps attribute more sales to Social through Manychat.

However, the results are inconsistent. Sometimes, the system correctly displays clickable buttons (our preferred format), but other times it shows messages like this:

I’ve tried modifying the AI’s "Context" to enforce the following preferences, but without success. I indicated these:

• Always display clickable buttons instead of links.
• Avoid using brackets o ] in keywords.
• Prevent links from appearing in the message body.

Does anyone know how to resolve this and ensure consistent button functionality in the responses?
