I have built an AI to reply to Instagram direct messages using Manychat.
Everything was working fine until today, when all of a sudden, the AI in Manychat stopped responding. Even the Preview mode doesn’t work.
I currently have the Pro plan and the Manychat AI add-on active on my account.
What do you think could be causing this issue?
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem before?

 

​@Ali-Kaboli if it was working fine and then it stopped, and you didn’t change anything, then I suggest you open a ticket with support. They probably have to look into it.

I open a  ticket but manychat support is really trouble in timing I guest😬
they didn't answer me for 3 hours
