I have built an AI to reply to Instagram direct messages using Manychat.
Everything was working fine until today, when all of a sudden, the AI in Manychat stopped responding. Even the Preview mode doesn’t work.
I currently have the Pro plan and the Manychat AI add-on active on my account.
What do you think could be causing this issue?
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem before?
