Hey everyone đź‘‹ quick question:
Do you know how I can set up an AI Step in ManyChat so it sends automatic follow-ups when the client doesn’t reply?

​@Carls7614 as far as I know, you can’t!

This can be done with Manychat + own connection to AI + a bunch of logic (and we do this for all our clients!). But with Manychat AI alone, it’s not possible.
