AI Step only answering 1-3 questions

I’ve introduced an AI Step in my flow with the only goal of answering any questions users have. Once my flow reaches the AI Step, it only answers 1-3 questions before ceasing to respond. Is there a common reason for this or a fix? 

In the in-platform preview, it works perfectly. When live on Instagram or FB Messenger, it stops responding.

    Joining this question - I have a similar issue, though it was not as such half a year ago.

    It seems that there was an inner change to the AI Step mechanism which affected the behavior and routine of the AISteps, and therefor, they only answer up to 5 questions.
    No matter how strict we’ve made the Goal and Tasks, giving the AI clear, coherent and precise instructions about both ending a conversation and keeping it open till the user specifically “ends” it - The AI simply stops ater up to 5 replies of it.

    For my end, this is an urgent issue, as this is affecting several customers of mine, all businesses with live bots out there.

    If anyone can please advise, I will be glad.
