You have the option to pause automations so that the AI Step stops responding, allowing only human interaction.
In the live chat, go to the lead's profile, click on "Automations", and then select "Pause".
However, it’s important to note that after pausing, the conversation may resume in the AI Step from where it left off.
Once the lead enters the AI Step, you lose some control over the conversation. That’s why it’s essential to ensure that the AI steps have clear and well-defined tasks — to avoid the lead getting "stuck" in that part of the flow.
