Hello people!
I´m new to Manychat and I have a series of questions to ask. I noticed that the free account I´m using has the AI support available, however I can´t use it. Whenever I click on AI Support button (or Get Help), a pop up window appear on the right bottom side of my browser, with no option for a conversation. Only appears: No message here. Message from the team are shown here.
However I need help to get my questions answered (there are many, around 10). Is chatbot Ai not available? Or am I doing something wrong? Could someone help please?
