Hi, ManyChat has changed so much since I last used it, but I want to know if I need my own OpenAI API key if I use the ManyChat AI upgrade, and if not, what are the limitations if any? 

​@Beven no, with Manychat AI you do not need your own API key.

And there are limits on Manychat AI, but they're generous and should be enough for most normal usage. If you have high traffic and intend to use a LOT, then talk to support to get more details on the current limitations ;)
