All automations for Instagram have stopped

Anyone having issues with their automations? Literally ALL of my Instagram automations have stopped. Like years of automations. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions twice, and nothing. Also weird stuff is going on with my Instagram (it’s only allowing me three hashtags on posts, and my scheduling o

 

 

Updates: First I discovered my story automations ARE working. But posts/reels aren’t. Also if this is applicable to anyone...all this mess started when I tried to post today and Instagram wouldn’t let me post more than three hashtags. Then I noticed my scheduling option on Instagram disappeared. And then I noticed none of my automations are sending. My scheduling option is finally back, but I’m still having the hashtag issue and the automation issue.

    Yes all mines just stopped out of nowhere and I have 2 videos going viral with no replies or DMs being sent. I refresh and Disconnect IG and its still not working. I'm assuming this is an issue with Manychat because I came here to ask this same exact question and point out this issue

    Oh my gosh okay...in a weird way this makes me feel better. Hopefully they will fix it ASAP. It’s causing a complete mess on my account. I’m on chat with Instagram right now seeing if they can get to the bottom of it. But I’ve been on chat with them for two hours now going back and forth and they are slow as molasses and not helpful AT ALL.

    Yes Im hoping it gets fixed. Question, why are you contacting Instagram is manychat support not good because that was my next step ?

    I tried, but all the AI bot could do was submit a ticket. I wasn’t able to talk to a real life person.
