I started with Manychat a month ago and was extremely happy with it, having accomplished 1000+ contacts within some successful videos of mine.
My structure is simple: I ask people to comment “map” mostly on all my reels and with an automation (active on all my reels) I send them a free map. (within the map download link they subscribe to my newsletter).
Unfortunately as of today, out of nowhere, main automation “MAP” stopped working. All new versions I have tried to create (and test) failed.
Has anyone experienced this? I basically can not use any Manychat service atm.
