All Instagram automations stopped working (Comments + New Followers)

Specifically:

  • ❌ “Say Hi to New Followers” automation is not triggering

  • ❌ Instagram Comments automations are not triggering

  • This happens across all relevant flows that were working properly before

Additional details:

  • The Instagram account is connected and shows as connected in ManyChat

  • No changes were made recently to the flows

  • No errors are shown in the flows themselves

  • The issue started suddenly and affects all Instagram entry points

This is blocking lead collection and client communication, so it’s business-critical.

Could you please check:

  • The Instagram connection status on your side

  • Any recent API / Meta-related issues

  • Whether the account needs reconnection or re-authorization

Happy to provide screenshots, flow names, or reconnect if needed.

      It’s happening the same to me with the “say hi”! (I don’t currently have any other automations). Tried to update the permissions, disconnect the account and nothing seems to work

      Hi ​@Barak310583 I’m sorry you’re dealing with that issue.  At the moment, the behavior you’re experiencing appears to be related to an issue on Meta’s side that is affecting the Follow to DM feature. We’ve escalated this issue and we’re currently working closely with Meta while they investigate the root cause.
