All my triggers are not working since one day. I haved updated already and saw this case happened 10 day ago to a lot of other ManyChat Accounts. Do you have any solution what I can do?

There was indeed an issue with the Instagram API a few days ago, but it has already been resolved.
Are your triggers set up in the Instagram channel?
If so, I recommend updating the permissions by going to Settings, clicking on the Instagram channel, and looking for the Update Permissions button.
How can I set up Instagram channel? I refreshed permissions.
If you’ve already renewed the permissions and the automations still aren’t working, I recommend checking this ManyChat help article:

It lists other known reasons that may cause Instagram to stop working properly.
