This preview is function. My problem is, when my customer send me message in telegram bot, its not function.

E.g. i already add my customer into the telegram bot. when my customer type the keyword, the message cannot automatic go out. Can you guide me how to do next?

Are you using the bot on a channel or a group by any chance?

Manychat Telegram bots work only with individual accounts. So the person has to opt in to the bot (for example using a t.me/<yourbotname> link), and sending a message there.

If you add the bot to a channel or group it will not work.
