Yes - this exact same issue. I’ve been going round in circles with it. I also have no option to log in with my FB page. The documentation seems to imply there’s somewhere to ‘update permissions’ within Business Suite, but it’s not appearing in my account anywhere. I do have a support ticket in and apparently it’s been escalated as high priority. I can, however, build and launch new flows - did you say you can’t do this either?


I believe,  can launch flows, but I can’t set up the new feature to message new followers. Let me know if you get this resolved and I’ll do the same.


Getting this same error, the team won’t answer.
