I have tried everything I’ve been able to think of to solve this issue, but when I try to set up an automation I get this error message: Couldn't create automation. Try again later.

I reached out to support yesterday and still no response. 

This morning, I tried again, and for whatever reason, it worked. 

But now, this evening, it’s back to giving me the same error message. 

Anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? TIA!

It's hard to know what could be causing that… but it smells “cache” to me. 😅

That said, try cleaning your browser cache and cookies (at least for manychat.com). I had multiple cases in wich that was causing strange behaviors or error with Manychat and cleaning the browser's cache/cookies was the solution.

Thank you so much for trying to help! I updated everything, cleaned my cache/cookies, restarted my computer and it is still not working. At this point, I’m struggling to understand why I’m paying for Manychat. :( I really needed it the last two days, and it’s been a total fail. Sigh.

I'd suggest opening a ticket to Manychat's Support Team: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help

They will be able to investigate it further.
