Does anyone know what is the API usage limits and number of people that I can send message on 15$ account ? I am planning to add at least 10-15 accounts overtime (up to 50), According to I ll decide whether to use this application

Regarding your second question, on the $15 plan you can have up to 500 contacts and send them unlimited messages to them. If your account reach 501 contacts, you’ll be charge $25. You can calculate how much you’ll pay monthly based on your contacts here: https://manychat.com/pricing

And do I also have to pay 39 usd per added instagram accounts excessing 3 accounts
The $39 is per additional live chat seat in the Inbox add-on.
Example:
You subscribe to Manychat PRO (up to 500 contacts) = $15 → You can have up to 3 live chat seats
But if you need more live chat seats or other features regarding the live chat, you can subscribe the Inbox add-on ($99 at the moment) and purchase more seats at $39 each.
