I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Manychat. No matter whether I’m at home or at work, the platform keeps displaying an Internet connection problem error, even though my internet is working perfectly fine.

I’ve tried accessing Manychat from different locations and networks, and I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it as well as rebooting my iPhone but the issue remains the same. It has been like this for a couple days at lleast.   Could you please help me troubleshoot this ASAP?
