App Review - 2 weeks in "Waiting for Review", no response to emails

Hi!

I submitted an integration to the ManyChat App Store on March 22nd. The documentation says reviews take 1-2 working days, but mine has been in "Waiting for Review" for 2 weeks now.

I've emailed devprogram@manychat.com twice (March 23 and April 5) but haven't heard back.

Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced a longer review time? I'm not sure if I need to fix something on my end or if it's just a queue.

Any tips appreciated!

It’s been a bit slow for review, but if you push them a bit they’ll get you approved ;)

Two weeks does sound longer than the help doc says.
ManyChat’s review page says app review usually takes 1–2 working days, though it also says it may take a few days.

So this is probably not normal timing, and it does not automatically mean you did something wrong.

I’d do this:

  1. Double-check your app against the review checklist in the help doc
  2. Send one follow-up with your app name, submission date, and current status
  3. If still no reply, contact ManyChat Support too, not just the dev email.

Simple answer:
1–2 days is the target, so 2 weeks means it is likely stuck in queue or needs manual attention.

Thanks both! I've now opened a support ticket as suggested. Fingers crossed it gets unstuck. Appreciate the help!
