Does anyone know if this is fixed yet? My automation was set up and working fine for a bit but then stopped. I spoke to an agent who told me it was a problem being worked on but no updates?? Can anyone shed any light please?

there are two main reasons FTDM may not trigger that you should Also take into Account:
1. Meta 1 per week limitations: Meta allows only one Follow to DM message per user per week. If a person follows multiple accounts using this feature, they’ll receive a message only from the first account they followed. This rule helps keep the experience safe and free from spam.
2. The follower is already a contact. If someone has messaged a creator before—via an automation (like Comment to DM) or a manual DM—they become a contact. Existing contacts don’t receive FTDM messages by design to avoid awkward or confusing experiences.
