Dear ManyChat Support Team,

 

I hope this message finds you well. My name is AhmedZehery, and I am the owner of two Facebook pages: Egypt Tour Packages and Fayrouz Tours.

 

Previously, these pages were connected to ManyChat through my old Facebook account. Unfortunately, my old account has been permanently blocked by Facebook. I am now managing these pages from a new Facebook account and would like to reconnect them to ManyChat.

 

Details:

 

Old Facebook Account: Ahmed Salah Zehery 

 

New Facebook Account: Ahmed Zehery 

 

Pages Affected: Egypt Tour Packages, Fayrouz Tours

 

 

I would appreciate your assistance in transferring the page connections from my old account to the new one or advising me on the best course of action.

Did you connect other accounts to be able to sign in into your old Manychat account? Like Google or Telegram?
If the answer is yes:

  • you can log in the old account to disconnect your old Facebook account and connect the new one.

 Assistance Required: Unable to Approve Page Connection Due to Blocked Facebook Account

Thank you very much for your prompt response regarding reconnecting my Facebook pages Egypt Tour Packages and Fayrouz Tours.

I understand that approval from the old Facebook account is required to transfer the page connection. However, the old account has been permanently blocked by Facebook, and I am unable to access it to provide the necessary approval.

Would it be possible for you to send a verification or approval link to the email associated with my old Facebook account? This way, I can respond from that email and proceed with reconnecting the pages through my new account.

I’m sorry that you’re unable to access your old Facebook page.

However, I’m unable to send to you a verification link to your email, but if you follow this link: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/p/get_support_page you’re getting Manychat support from their support team.
