When someone follows us I had an automated DM being sent to followers however it appears its no longer working for everyone and im not sure why that is? Can someone help

Meta changed a few things recently around automated DMs for new followers, so if it suddenly stopped working it’s usually permissions, channel reconnection, or the trigger silently getting disabled. Did you check if the automation is still published and the Instagram account is properly reauthorized inside ManyChat?
It’s possibly this - honestly I would pay someone to fix it!
