I hate that the first initial message comes with a button, it gives away that this is not a natural conversation. I want the customer to respond naturally, not hit a button

Hey
- Finish the setup with a button, and publish it live
- Once it’s live, click on the 3 dots on the top right, and click on ‘Switch to Flow Builder’
- Once you do, you’ll be able to edit and remove the button

If you set it up with the Flow builder, and then connect it from Settings > Instagram > ‘Say hi to new followers’, then you can do a reply without the button ;)
I followed your steps, but I still cannot continue without adding a button label
