Auto DM from comments is not working on promoted posts (reels, pic, etc) If the person goes to the post itself and comment, it does work, but if they comment directly from the ad the auto dm wont work.
Anyone else with this problem and how to solve it? I am paying Manychat just for this and I am considering to cancel it because of this problem.

When setting up your ad in Meta Ads Manager, make sure that in the Message Template section you select the “Partner App” option. Avoid using Meta’s default templates or keyword-based triggers—instead, rely on the Partner App trigger, as it tends to work much more reliably for this use case.
