Hi there, I tested the auto DM link from comments a few days ago, but the feature is not working for me because the comments are coming from Instagram users who don’t follow my account, and they don’t allow DM chat from everyone, so they cannot see the automatic messages. Is there any solution for this? Thanks

Hi,
There's nothing you can do with Manychat to change that. If your contacts don't allow the messages to their account, it's something they opted, and no tool can change that.
What you can do is instruct your audience to follow your account and/or check the message requests in their DM (it's probably dropping there for them).
