Hello, I configured a simple automation here :
So far, it works. It's the next step that doesn't work:
When the person clicks on the "Envoie moi le lien" button, the "DM with the link" step is not triggered.
I refreshed the permissions, checked that everything was in order via the help center, and it is. I'm a little desperate, could you help me?

Sometimes Meta will block links they don’t like (if it’s an affiliate link, if for some reason the website has been marked as unsafe, etc).
Try it with ‘google.com’ as the link and see if it works. If it does, it’s likely that the URL you’re adding is causing trouble.
If it doesn’t, you’ll probably need to contact support to see what’s going on here.

A person will get a message with the button “Sende mir den Link!” (Send me the link!) and after the person pressed the button - the message “Sende mir den Link!” appears in the inbox of this person - but the actual link is not sent.
I tried different links - also very common / simple links but with the same result.
The permissions were also refreshed.

Quick question first: when you tested it, were you (or the person tapping) on Instagram in a desktop browser? Buttons and quick replies on IG only work in the mobile app. On web the tap shows in the thread but the flow never advances. That trips a lot of people up because the test looks broken when it's just the desktop limitation.
If it fails from the mobile app too: open the Inbox conversation with a contact who tapped and compare their path through the automation with a test run of your own. If their tap never registers in the automation history at all, that's when it's worth a support ticket, since there have been stretches where button events on Instagram specifically stopped coming through while Facebook kept working.
