I created an automation to send links in dm after commenting a certain word on reels. It works perfectly fine when someone comments organic but it doesnt work on reels that are promoted.
What is the solution to this issue?

If you're promote reels that exist in your profile/feed, it should work as expected, but if you're trying to automate Ads (that doesn't appear on your profile), it won't work.
