Auto Dm on comments worked, and then not...

On a free subscription first the dm on comments was working fine
Dm on new follower doesn’t work at all.. tried everything

I’m on a 14 day trial now (not yet paying) hoping smth would get better.. but it doesnt
sometimes the trigger works but many often all of the sudden it doesn’t and I don’t understand why 

So this is not at all smooth yet
Anyone had this before and worked it out?

Also what could be an issue is that 1 of my posts that has a trigger, doesnt even show up in manychat.. 
It’s a post with 2 pictures, could that be the issue?
