Hello, an automatic message is sent every time the customer writes a price. I only want him to reply to his first message, I don't want him to reply to subsequent messages even if they contain keywords.

I have an Instagram page and I sell products via messages both on my site and on my page. My problem is that every time the customer writes (keyword) to me, an automatic message is triggered. I want it to trigger only once. For example, if an automatic reply is given once, no automatic messages should be triggered to that person for 24 hours!
