I've been creating automation for a while, today something weird happened. The post went out, two comments were trigged and DMs sent, then the automation stopped working and now I'm sending DMs manually cause the bot isn't working.
How do I fix this? I've even created a new automation but seems like this specific post is broken...

Also check if everything is as it should be at Meta's side.

I've refreshed permission, but the specific post with the inconsistence still not recognising the trigger message. Should I do something else to make that coming to life?? I might open a ticket just in case we need some deeper level investigation.

Sorry to bring this up again, I've refreshed the permissions and seemed all good. But the original post that started the issue still not working and yesterday night we had another post not trigged, how can I get access to a support so someone get check for issues in the logs??
