Set up a new ‘auto dm when comment’ on a specific post yesterday and it’s not working. Had hundreds of people comment and I had to manually send the links to them on my launch. Not impressed.
I have done everything right, looks all connected and is live.
My other auto dm new followers was already connected and was still working during this time?
Please help urgently.
I noticed that the automation does not seem to work in real time.
Instead of sending the automatic reply and DM immediately after a user leaves a comment, it appears to be triggered much later.
Could you please check whether there is any delay with the automation and what might be causing it?
