At the moment, there's no way to trigger an automation within this scenario. Unless they send a keyword, nothing happens.
BUT… you could set a default answer flow up. It would trigger on every message send to your account that isn't triggering another automation.

Try setting the default reply with a Data Collection block. You can set an Option list and a default reply in case some user send anything different.
It's not the most flexible way, but it should work to sort the conversations...
