everything worked fine, auto DMs with links were being sent UNTIL I paid for a subscription and now nothing works. I’ve edited, reposted, refreshed, repeat. NOTHING WORKS SINCE PAYING.
Question
Auto DMs worked until I PAID $$$$
+7Hey
Although the upgrade and the issues may have happened around the same time, these are most likely unrelated.
If you’re using Instagram, try these troubleshooting steps first:
https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281308423452-Instagram-automation-troubleshooting
Running through these will solve most issues with IG automations.
Hope this helps, and welcome!!
