I’ve created the automation from the account. Here evrything is connected & verified but when I’m testing from Instagram, commenting in the reel.
No reply on my comment & DM is coming.

Hey,
There's a “trigger limitation” for Post/Reel Comments that could be your problem.
Meta only allows to trigger one trigger/keyword per post for each user. This means that, once you test is with your account, if you comment any keyword again in the same post, nothing happens.
If you wish to test is again, it must be done with another account.
PS: I usually add a test trigger with “send message” at my automations to do the testing. If this works, the comment trigger also works (99,99% 😅)

I set another trigger for sending a message directly via DM with a test keyword that I can use and check if the automation is working fine. 😉
