Just enabled Manychats for instagram, but for some user when they comment down the post, the automations message doesn’t trigger. Some account works, some doesn’t. Any idea why guys?
note: Already refreshed my instagram permissions 2 times.

Seems like Manychats is not working on boosted reels or ads ?

Manychat has to comply with Meta’s rules, so if an account is restricted by Meta for some reason, the automation doesn’t trigger for that account.
Regarding the question about boosted reels or ads, it should work properly.
