My auto reply was working and I made sure to change up the replies to comments. I have a lot of viral posts currently and perhaps thats why instagram flagged the auto reply somehow? my auto dms are still working.

Hey,
If you have posts that tend to get viral, I'd suggest disabling the auto-reply option. Meta/Instagram will block your interactions If you (manually or not) respond to thousands os comments in a short period of time.
It's usually just for a couple of hours or days, but if you repeat it several times, te time span can get longer.
My strategy with clients is creating two similar triggers. One with and another without auto responses. We enable the one with responses and monitor the number of comments from the audience. Once it gets a bit too much, we disable the trigger with auto response and enable the other one.
