Is there a way to auto respond to existing dms in my request inbox by keyword? I have a bunch of dms in my inbox with a keyword that I want to reply to with the same message containing the same link, how do I do this with many chat?

Hi,
That's not possible. Only new DMs can be automated after you define an automation with keyword triggers.
For old DMs, you'll need to contact the users manually.
