Hi there! I want to use the automation where a user comments a keyword on a post or reel, and manychat sends them a direct message on instagram. However many of the accounts that follow me are private and so i cant direct message them until they direct message me. Can manychat get around that limitations and send a direct message regardless?

Unfortunately, there is no way to send an automated message to those who have private accounts. Even manually, you can’t do it.
