Hi all,
I am trying to set up email automation, but because we have a Wix website and use Ascend within the website builder to send all our newsletters, blogs and abandoned cart emails, when we try to set up the email integration with ManyChat, it wants us to change our DNS settings, but we can’t because everything is set up to work though Ascend and we dont want to change this.
I have done some research and one option is to create a subdomain to integrate with ManyChat because the subdomain will have different DNS settings?!? But I cant find out the information on how to do this to successfully integrate it. Does anyone know or have an easier workaround?
