Tha funnel should look like this:

Lead comments with Keyword - gets the automated DM → if he doesn’t reply within “x” minutes he gets another automated follow up message

If you intend to send a message within 24 hours, you can do so within the conversation flow. See the example below:

First you need to set up the timer:

And then, send the message automatically: 

Hey ​@rodrigo_silvano! 

I can only set up the automation as “comment reply” so I cannot add anything else besides a single text/phrase. If I try to add that data collection thing I get the message in the screenshot

And also I can’t add any other steps after given that it’s set as “Comment Reply”

Your first message needs to have a button to ‘activate’ the 24-hour rule.

And it’s impossible to automate when a user doesn’t reply to your first message (Meta rules).

That’s what I was thinking as well ​@Gustavo Boregio, creating an automation where after people tap the button they automatically send a message, and after that I can set up the follow up sequences, thanks a lot!
