I’m sending a free resource to my audience, after they comment with a certain keyword they get the resource sent automatically via DM’s. What I’m looking to do is, if they don’t reply within a certain timeline, I want a message to be sent to them automatically so I won’t have to manually do that for +200 people/day.

Your first message needs to have a button to ‘activate’ the 24-hour rule.
And it’s impossible to automate when a user doesn’t reply to your first message (Meta rules).
Tha funnel should look like this:
Lead comments with Keyword - gets the automated DM → if he doesn’t reply within “x” minutes he gets another automated follow up message

And then, send the message automatically:

I can only set up the automation as “comment reply” so I cannot add anything else besides a single text/phrase. If I try to add that data collection thing I get the message in the screenshot
And also I can’t add any other steps after given that it’s set as “Comment Reply”
