Automated message instagram not send

Hi everyone,


I have an issue with automations.


When people comment a keyword on any post or reel, they receive a DM from me asking if they want the free ressource I share.


They juste have to click (to confirm) on the button, to receive a second automatic message from me to have the link. 


But since 2 days, people NEVER receive my 2nd message when they click on the button.


Since I've started to use Manychat, never had any problem.


I've tried to refresh permissions but it didn't help.


My first automatic DM is still working.


Any idea ?

    I’m experiencing the same issue, but ManyChat hasn’t been able to fix it.
    They suddenly stopped responding to customer support messages as well

    We are having this exact problem the past couple days as well. Have been troubleshooting to no avail.

    I’m having the same issue, seems to be just for Instagram. Great timing too as I launched a new offering and a post went viral.

    I found that I can tap the button myself to trigger the automation to continue, but obviously that defeats the point of having a Manychat automation if I have to trigger it manually.

    Having the same issue for over 2 days now. Such a disaster. And manychats has had zero communication or acknowledgment that they are aware of the problem.

    It’s related to a Meta Bug according to manychat support.

     

    Hope this issue will be fastly resolved.

    Have you tried the ‘quick reply’ workaround? I tried it and this doesn’t seem to work for me either.
