Hello! My automation was working when I tested and previewed it, tried it once from another account was also working. Now, it stopped working at all whenever I try to write the keyword. Any clue why is this happening? Thanks

2. Integration Issue: Verify that your ManyChat is properly integrated with the platform (Fb, Messenger, Insta etc)
3. Account Permissions: Check the setting and permission associated with that account to ensure it has access to the bot.
4. ManyChat Role: Please verify if the current ManyChat role is set to "Primary" or "Unknown."
Why does nobody ever say HOW you change it to “Primary” Why is it so hard to change? Surely it should just be a dropdown menu. I’ve been at ti for 30 minutes. It’s so frustrating!
