There could be several reasons for this issue.
1. Keyword Setup: Double check that the keyword trigger is correctly configured in flow.
2. Integration Issue: Verify that your ManyChat is properly integrated with the platform (Fb, Messenger, Insta etc)
3. Account Permissions: Check the setting and permission associated with that account to ensure it has access to the bot.
4. ManyChat Role: Please verify if the current ManyChat role is set to "Primary" or "Unknown."
Why does nobody ever say HOW you change it to “Primary” Why is it so hard to change? Surely it should just be a dropdown menu. I’ve been at ti for 30 minutes. It’s so frustrating!
