automated messages not working after upgrade

I upgraded my plan and the automated messages to new followers stopped working right after, I tried to refresh the permission and it’s still not working 

 

please help 🙏🏽

    Hey ​@Level up your dance , how did you check that the new follower msg is not working? Can you share a loom video? that will help to understand

    Hi, if you had upgrade you should have access to all the features in the plan. However you should check on a regular basis  Manychat status page, which informs about any bug or issue that is affecting the platform. You can check in here:  : https://status.manychat.com/

    As far as we know right now there is an issue affecting the “Say hi to new followers” feature. Meta already has identified the bug and it is working on it .
