I’d like to build an automated workflow where theres an auto-question coming after people opened the link.
Once they open or engage with that link, there will be a question like - “Would you like to join our community for more tips and updates?”

how can i build this workflow? Thanks

It will look something like this:

 

  • Best practice is to initiate the flow with a welcoming message and a button to the next message (this will open a conversation window)
  • The next message contains your button + link
  • That button can only be connected to an Action
  • Add an Action and set some Tag. You can set one to identify the contacts that clicked your link or just create and use something generic.
    • After that you'll be able to connect other triggers
  • Then you can set a Smart Delay for the time you wish to wait to send the community invite
  • And your message + button to join the community.
