I’d like to build an automated workflow where theres an auto-question coming after people opened the link. Once they open or engage with that link, there will be a question like - “Would you like to join our community for more tips and updates?”

Hi, @talnavarro!
It will look something like this:
Best practice is to initiate the flow with a welcoming message and a button to the next message (this will open a conversation window)
The next message contains your button + link
That button can only be connected to an Action
Add an Action and set some Tag. You can set one to identify the contacts that clicked your link or just create and use something generic.
After that you'll be able to connect other triggers
Then you can set a Smart Delay for the time you wish to wait to send the community invite
