Hello,

automatic DMs work for me for a bit and now they are now working at all. Please help!!! I also have to sign in each time and reconnect to FB and it’s a process. Is this part of the issue? Someone please help me. Thank you!

    Hi ​@Gabriellw4823 , which channel is not working for you? I think there is an issue rigth know with the IG API that is affecting comment reply automations. We have been told by Manychat teat that Meta is checking it. Probably you can wait and tray again in few ours.

    I’m facing the same issue in 8 different accounts… None of the automations are working, even though they are enabled and “published live”, extremely frustrating

    Hi ​@leoaidev , If your automations are still not working, please check  if your pro account is active and that you dont have any issue with  your payment. Sometimes this is the reason why all automations stops.

    If that is not your case, please contact support with you account details and show them which automations are not working. They would be able to support you.
