automatic messages when new follower - stopped working

When I signed up to Manychat a few days ago, it was automatically messaging my new followers but it stopped for the past couple days. What’s going on? I’ve paid for the pro version and everything

      Hello ​@Jameelak  I am sorry to hear it stop working 😕. As you might know this is a new feature, so I think Meta is checking on this issues. However I recommend you to contact Manychat support team through the Help Center  https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us    to see if they can help you.

      In addition, remember first to “Refresh Permissions” to refresh  conection between IG and Manychat. You can find a here a guide on how to do it https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281464342684-Refresh-permissions
