Automatic replies to comments

Mr DeaL

Hello everyone, I hope you're well.

I've set up automatic replies to comments on my Facebook posts, and it works well. However, after a while, I get blocked by Facebook because the comments are coming too quickly over a relatively short period of time.

I haven't found a way to space out the replies by setting a waiting time between replies (which can be in blocks).

I would really like a solution, please. 🙏🏾

Hi, @Mr DeaL!

There's no functionality to delay the comment responses. I have some clients with a huge audience, and I always recommend disabling the auto reply option.

Still… you could test setting the maximum options of random responses (around 20), but if you have a lot of interactions, it will happen again. 🙃

Hope this helps...

Thanks

I had configured my ManyChat to send a message on Messenger after a comment, which was working well.

After the trial version, I was told that I had reached the contact limit, which is 1,000.

So, I deleted all the contacts I had, but it still didn’t work.

I finally paid for the subscription, and when I restart the automation, the messages no longer go to Messenger.

The responses in the comments still work, but nothing is going through on Messenger anymore. Even in my "Direct Chat" inbox, I can’t write to anyone on Messenger.

I need your help, please. 🙏🏾

Hey, @Mr DeaL!

  • For the Free Plan, even if you delete old contacts, once you get to the 1000 contacts created mark it forces you tu update to a PRO Plan. Deleting old contacts only works to maintain your subscription costs low after you upgrade to PRO.

For the message issue. Try refreshing your permissions: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281464342684-Refresh-permissions

And if that doesn't work, I'd suggest opening a ticket to the support team: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help
