Automatic replies to comments not working? even with different accounts

There are several reasons why a comment reply automation might not be working. I will list some of them below, and I recommend checking each one to help identify the cause in your case:

- First, make sure you have not exceeded the limits of the free plan. It allows interactions with up to 1,000 contacts.

- The comment reply automation only works once per person per post. So, if your test contact has already commented before, it will not trigger again. In this case, try testing on a different post. You can also create a new test automation to see if it works properly.

- Another helpful step is to refresh your Instagram permissions. On ManyChat, go to Settings > click on the Instagram channel > then click "Refresh Permissions". This can solve the issue in some cases.

- If none of these steps work, I suggest reviewing this article from the ManyChat Help Center. It covers other possible reasons why the automation may not be working. Please check each item carefully.

I tried all this stuff and it still does not work. I am not sure what to do or how to get support
