Hi @orit koskas, no there is not. Remember Manychat is a conversational channel, so it will always will open a conversation. What you can do is to send a very simple message, like an emoji or basic welcome.

Yes, you can. In the Instagram Post and Reel Comments trigger, the public reply and the DM are two separate actions you can toggle independently. If you want just the public reply with no DM, enable the "Reply to the comment" action and leave the "Send DM" action disabled.

Quick path: Automation → New Automation → Instagram Post/Reel Comments trigger → pick the post or reel → enable "Reply to the comment" → write your reply text → leave "Send DM" off → save and turn the automation on.
